We carefully and skillfully handcraft our premium Hawaiian rums from the finest pure cane sugar and the abundant water sources of Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi. Pristine rainwater from Mount Waiʻaleʻale and nearby mountain peaks and rainforests is captured after filtering through volcanic strata and reaching vast underground aquifers. When combined with “tall cane” pure cane sugar, Kauaʻi water imparts its own unique taste that perfectly complements Kōloa Rum.
Our truly unique and delicious premium rums include Kauaʻi White, Gold, Dark, Spice, Coconut, Coffee, Cacao and Aged rums, in addition to a collection of delicious ready-to-drink cocktails. We constantly experiment with seasonal releases in our distillery and collaborate with our neighbors to develop new and exciting offerings.
