Instructions: Muddle pomegranate, add juice, rum, lime sour and ice. Shake and pour over ice (do not strain) and add a squeeze of lemon.
Garnish: Lemon peel ribbons and orchid.
Muddle fresh pomegranate seeds (a handful will do) in a cocktail shaker, add fresh passionfruit juice, Kōloa Reserved Aged Rum, fresh lime sour and ice. Shake and pour directly into a hurricane glass – do not strain (you want the seeds). Add a fresh squeeze of lemon and garnish with a lemon peel and orchid.
