Ingredients
  • 2 oz
    Fresh Pomegranate - enough to cover the bottom of the glass
  • .5 oz
    Lilikoi / Passionfruit 
  • 1.5 oz
    Kōloa Aged Reserved Rum 
  • .5 oz
    Lime Sour 
  • Squeeze of Lemon with Lemon Rind Garnish

Instructions: Muddle pomegranate, add juice, rum, lime sour and ice. Shake and pour over ice (do not strain) and add a squeeze of lemon.

Garnish: Lemon peel ribbons and orchid.

Method:

Muddle fresh pomegranate seeds (a handful will do) in a cocktail shaker, add fresh passionfruit juice, Kōloa Reserved Aged Rum, fresh lime sour and ice. Shake and pour directly into a hurricane glass – do not strain (you want the seeds). Add a fresh squeeze of lemon and garnish with a lemon peel and orchid.
