Traditional Macua Cocktail 

Ingredients

1.5 oz
Kōloa Aged Rum
1 oz Guava Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
.5 oz
Lemon Juice
.3 oz Simple Syrup 1:1

Instructions: Add all the ingredients together, shake with ice and strain into a hurricane glass with ice.

Garnish: Dehydrated oranges.

Method:

Combine all ingredients and crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until shaker is frosty and strain over cubed ice. Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice(s) and a fresh sugarcane stir stick.

Trick of the Trade: Fresh is best!

Fresh squeezed orange and guava juice is the best to create this sweet and tangy cocktail.
