Morning on the Beach


1 oz Passionfruit Juice (fresh juice with the seeds is best for added flavor)
.5 oz Pineapple Juice
1.5 oz Kōloa White Rum
.5 oz
Kōloa Spice Rum
.25 oz Orgeat
2 oz Top Champagne

Instructions: Combine juices, crushed ice, and rums in a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into a Collins’ glass – do not strain! Top with champagne.

Garnish: Pineapple leaves and an umbrella.


Combine fresh passion fruit and pineapple juices, crushed ice, Kōloa White Rum and Kōloa Spice Rum in a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into a tall Collins’ glass – do not strain (you want the seeds)! Top with champagne and garnish with a pineapple leaf and a tiki cocktail umbrella.
