|1 oz||Passionfruit Juice (fresh juice with the seeds is best for added flavor)|

|1.5 oz||Kōloa White Rum|
Kōloa Spice Rum
|2 oz||Top Champagne|
Instructions: Combine juices, crushed ice, and rums in a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into a Collins’ glass – do not strain! Top with champagne.
Garnish: Pineapple leaves and an umbrella.
