TRICKS OF THE TRADE: THE SNAQUIRI AKA NATIONWIDE BARTENDER’S HANDSHAKE!

The “Snaquiri”- aka the tiny daiquiri meant to be taken as a shot – is now a nationwide bartender handshake. The original Snaquiri, however, wasn’t a shot. In fact, it was two full-sized drinks served side-by-side. Today, this traditional cocktail is served to welcome a guest to one’s home, bar or gathering as a means to kick-off a party.
