Method: Muddle the orange and cherry with Kōloa Kaua’i Cacao Rum and Kōloa Kaua’i Gold Rum, bitters, sugar cube and water. Shake with ice and pour in glass over clean ice.
Garnish: Orange half slice sprinkled with dried black cardamum powder.
