|2 oz||Kōloa Cacao Rum|
|.5 oz||Condensed Milk|
|.75 oz||Mac nut or Coconut milk|
Instructions: Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish: Cacao powder
Method: Shake ingredients in shaker with ice about 15-20 seconds until combined and cold. Strain in a chilled crystal coupe. Preset your glass with cacao powder going halfway down the outside of the glass.
Tricks of the Trade: Chill your glass in the freezer to make it easy for the cacao powder to stick once you garnish it. The moisture from this process allows the powder to sit and stay where you roll the glass.
