Cacao Jungle Bird

Ingredients

.75 oz Kōloa Kaua’i Cacao Rum
.5 oz Kōloa Kaua’i Dark Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
.75 oz Bitter Orange Liqueur (Campari)
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Demerara Syrup

Garnish: Pineapple, pineapple leaves and a cherry

Instructions: Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and strain over fresh ice.
