Made from Hawaiian sugarcane, pristine rainwater from Mount Waiʻaleʻale and twice distilled in a vintage copper pot still, our Hawaiian rums are remarkably smooth and rich.

All distilling, blending and bottling is done at our distillery in Kalaheo, on the island of Kauaʻi. Kōloa Rum Company embraces the rich heritage of Kauaʻi’s sugar industry and is always looking for opportunities to collaborate with local farmers to develop new and exciting product offerings.
