Koloa Coconut Lavender Daiquiri

1½ oz. Koloa Coconut Rum
¾ oz. Lavender Simple Syrup
½ oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Lavender Simple Syrup: Boil 1 cup of water and add 3 tbsp. lavender blossoms. Stir in 2 cups of sugar and dissolve. Allow mixture to cool and strain. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
